Rules

Elite Horizon Logistics Rules:

Punctuality is Key: If you sign up for a convoy, you must show up on time. We value reliability and expect all members to respect scheduled times. No Minimum Kilometers Required:

We don't enforce any minimum kilometers driven. Your activity level is your choice, but we encourage participation in convoys and events when possible.

Professional and Realistic Driving:

All members must practice professional and realistic driving at all times. This includes following traffic laws, maintaining speed limits, and avoiding reckless behavior during convoys and solo driving.

Respect Others:

Treat all members with respect, both in and out of convoys. Harassment, bullying, or toxic behavior will not be tolerated under any circumstances.

No Drama or Toxicity:

Keep the community friendly and drama-free. Avoid stirring up arguments or engaging in negative behavior that disrupts the fun and professionalism of the VTC.

No Racism or Discrimination:

We have a zero-tolerance policy for racism, sexism, or any form of discrimination. Such behavior will result in immediate removal from the VTC.

No Advertising:

Advertising other VTCs or external services is strictly prohibited unless you have permission from the leadership team.

Convoy Participation:

During convoys, follow the convoy leader’s instructions at all times. Stay in line and do not leave your designated spot in the convoy unless instructed by the convoy leader. Keep communication clear and professional, and ensure that you contribute to the smooth running of the convoy.

Minimum Age Requirement:

All members must be at least 18 years old to join the VTC. We maintain a mature and professional environment for all members.

Have Fun, Professionally:

While we aim to have fun, we also value a professional atmosphere. Enjoy yourself, but keep your behavior and driving standards in line with the VTC's expectations. Report Issues Respectfully: If you have an issue with another member or encounter a problem, report it to the leadership team in a respectful manner. Avoid engaging in conflicts directly.

Communication during convoys:

Everyone needs to join the ⁠Convoy VC during convoys for better communication. You are NOT required to talk, but you need to be in the VC to hear instructions.

Requirements

Elite Horizon Logistics Membership Requirements:

Minimum Age of 18:

All applicants must be at least 18 years old to join. We require a mature and responsible approach to trucking and teamwork.

Respect for Others:

Members must demonstrate respect towards others at all times. Disrespectful behavior, harassment, or bullying will not be tolerated.

Professional and Realistic Driving:

You must follow all in-game traffic laws and drive realistically during convoys and solo sessions. Reckless driving or unsafe behavior will not be allowed.

Punctuality:

Members are expected to show up on time for any convoys they sign up for. Punctuality is a core value of our VTC.

No Minimum Kilometers Driven:

There is no required minimum distance you need to drive. However, we encourage active participation in events and convoys when possible.

Drama-Free and Positive Attitude:

Maintain a drama-free and positive attitude in all interactions. Contributing to a friendly and respectful community is essential.

Adherence to Convoy Etiquette:

During convoys, you must follow the convoy leader’s instructions, stay in line, and maintain your designated position. Good convoy behavior is key to smooth operations.

No Advertising:

Members must refrain from advertising other VTCs or services without permission from the leadership team.

Commitment to Fun, but Professionally:

While having fun is important, we expect members to uphold professionalism and high standards in behavior and driving at all times.
