General Conduct

1. Respect: Treat all members and other players with respect. Harassment, discrimination, and bullying are strictly prohibited.
2. Professionalism: Maintain a professional demeanor while representing the company. This includes in-game behavior and communication within the community.
3. Inappropriate Content:

• No racist, reprehensible message or material.
• Any reference related to drugs, pornographic or sexual content, or otherwise illicit matters.

Participation and Activity

1. Activity Requirements: To remain active, members must participate in a minimum number of miles (2500 miles) and 2 monthly events.
2. Communication: Stay active in company communications, such as Discord or other platforms used by the company.
3. Reporting: Promptly report any issues, incidents, or suggestions to the management team.

Gameplay Rules

1. Driving Standards: Adhere to all in-game traffic laws and regulations. Drive safely and responsibly at all times.
2. Company Convoys: When possible, participate in scheduled company convoys. Follow the convoy leader's instructions and maintain proper spacing and speed.
3. Truck and Trailer Skins: Use the designated company skins for trucks and trailers during official runs or convoys.

Etiquette and Interactions

1. Chat and Voice Channels: Use appropriate language in all company chat and voice channels. Avoid spamming or inappropriate content.
2. Conflict Resolution: Resolve conflicts amicably and through proper channels. Escalate issues to management if necessary.
3. Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other members. Help and support new members in learning the game and company procedures.

Technical and Administrative

1. Mods and Add-ons: Use approved mods and add-ons only. Ensure all mods are up-to-date and compatible with company operations.
2. Record Keeping: Accurately log all deliveries and activities as the company’s tracking system requires.
3. Compliance: Follow all additional rules and guidelines set by the TruckersMP community and other relevant platforms.

Penalties and Enforcement

1. Warnings: Minor infractions may result in a warning. Repeated infractions will lead to further disciplinary action.
2. Suspensions: Serious or repeated violations may result in temporary suspension from company activities.
3. Expulsion: Extreme misconduct or continual non-compliance may lead to permanent expulsion from the company.
