Integrity - Be honest and transparent in all dealings.

Passion - Share and promote our love for trucking and community values.

Requirements

Must love trucks—or at least pretend to when asked.

Be prepared to hum "On the Road Again" at least once a week.

Ability to navigate using GPS... and read a paper map when the GPS gives up.

Must own at least one flannel shirt or trucker hat (bonus points for both).

Snack stash required—sharing is optional, but highly recommended.

No crying over spilled coffee—just refill and roll on.

Karaoke skills are a plus for convoy sing-alongs.

Must have a solid sense of humor—bad jokes about trucks are encouraged.

Be prepared to make friends with the truck stop cashier.

Ability to stay calm when someone asks, "Are we there yet?"—even if it’s just yourself.
