In our company the requirements are:

be able to do 5000km per month;
try to participate in the convoys and the last but not the least is to have fun. IMPORTANT: IF YOU CAN'T MAKE THE 5000KM YOU MUST INFORM THE STAFF IT'S NOT A PROBLEM BECAUSE YOU HAVE 3 POSSIBILITIES IF YOU EXHAUST ALL THE POSSIBILITIES YOU MUST INFORM THE STAFF WITH A VALID REASON AND THEY WILL EVALUATE IT.
