1. General Rules Respect All Members – Treat every driver, staff member, and the community with kindness and professionalism. Follow TruckersMP Rules – All TruckersMP regulations must be followed at all times. No Toxicity or Harassment – Any form of bullying, discrimination, or hate speech will not be tolerated. No Drama or Arguments – Keep all discussions civil and avoid unnecessary conflicts. Follow Discord & Community Guidelines – Abide by the rules of our Discord server and official platforms.

2. In-Game Conduct Drive Responsibly – Follow all traffic laws, speed limits, and road signs. No Reckless Driving – No ramming, blocking, or intentional crashes. Convoy Etiquette – Maintain a safe distance, use indicators, and follow convoy leaders. Use Proper CB Radio Etiquette – Avoid spamming, shouting, or playing loud music. No Hacking or Cheating – Any form of cheating, mod misuse, or hacking will lead to an instant ban.

3. Convoy Rules Follow Convoy Leader Instructions – Stick to the route and obey convoy management. No Overtaking Unless Permitted – Stay in your designated lane unless authorized. Use Company Paint Job (if required) – Represent the VTC with pride by using official liveries. Respect Other Road Users – Give space to non-convoy drivers and respect public servers.

4. Activity & Logging Regular Deliveries Required – Drivers must log a minimum number of deliveries per month (as per VTC guidelines). Use Proper Job Logging Software – Deliveries should be recorded accurately using TrucksBook or VTLog (if applicable). Report Any Issues – If you encounter rule-breaking or server issues, report them to VTC staff.

5. VTC Staff & Leadership Rules Lead by Example – Staff members must uphold the highest standards of professionalism. Assist New Members – Help new drivers integrate into the VTC and understand the rules. Resolve Conflicts Fairly – Handle disputes respectfully and impartially. No Abuse of Power
