OCSC Event | Our Services

Since September 2019,
OCSC Event is specialised in the Organisation & Creation in the Supervision of Convoys.
We allow all VTC/Community to join us on our Thematic events, or to supervise their events by our Professional Convoy Control Team.

We can so propose you the following services :

• Supervision of your convoy on a public server (Simulation, Promods, Arcade)
• Supervision of your convoy on an event server

By choosing to be supervised by OCSC Event, be reassured to know that we have a complete system allowing you a perfect communication with all our Convoy Controls, previously trained to answer all your requests, in the greatest transparency. We have always placed a premium on communication and transparency with our community.

OCSC Event key dates :

• September 2019 : creation of OCSC Event with 8 staffs.
• February 2022 : 28 supervisions in the month.
• March 2022 : Largest OCSC Event supervision 530 drivers (VTC AA Charity convoy).
• September 2022 : OCSC Event 3 Years, 250 drivers in simulation 1.
• September 2022 : 550 supervisions recorded in 3 years.
• January 2023 : relaunch of the OCSC Event project after 3 months of closure.
• September 2023 : OCSC Event 4 Years, 220 drivers on a TMP Event server.

Our organisation also offers you the opportunity to participate in monthly themed events. These can be convoys, truckfests, funny events, races....

Explanations of our supervisions

Supervision of your convoy on a public server

You can request us for a complete supervision of your convoy in public servers, it's all the servers that TMP offers to its entire community (ETS2 or ATS).

Our team will always be present with at least one of its Event Manager(s) and its Convoy Control team.

Our Operations :

• Organisation of the departures and announcements of each VTCs by the in-game chat text.
• Placement of a lead, tail and CCs in the convoy between the VTCs.
• Real time information during the whole convoy (accidents, randoms, works, difficulties, traffic...).
• Assurance of having at least one OCSC Event manager present on our convoy to ensure good communication.

Supervision of your convoy on an Event server

We can also offer you to supervise your convoys planned as event servers.

In this case, we will make our Event Management available to the convoy. This team will then take into account all the information of our event (departures, destination, slots...) and will create a game profile with road blocks.
Our Convoy Control Truck team will then be set up on the day of the convoy on the event server, on all the road blocks, to allow a perfectly balanced convoy without any problems.

Our Operations :

• Organization of the departures and announcement of the VTCs.
• Possibility to have a TruckersMP Game Moderator supporting OCSC Event.
• CC Lead and CC Tail (or even co-lead and co-tail in case of big events).
• Real time informations during the whole convoy (accidents, randoms, works, difficulties, traffic, kms, miles...).
• CC Trucks placed on every intersections without any possibility to let him pass any random in the convoy.
• Setting up a Media team all along the convoy when possible.
• Assurance of having at least one OCSC Event Manager present on your convoy to ensure good communication.

How to ask a supervision to OCSC Event

Every VTC or Community can ask our services, under somes conditions :

• Your event should take place only by Friday or Saturday (rare cases by Sunday)
• Your event can start only after 18.00 UTC by Friday, at any time by Saturday.
• Your event can't take place on the 3rd week-end of each month.
• Your route can't exceed 1100 Kms.
