No rude language, toxicity, harassment, or discrimination based on age, gender, nationality, or skill level. If someone disrespects you (in-game, Discord, or elsewhere), report it to staff—do not retaliate. No Impersonation: Do not pretend to be staff, other VTC members, or authorities. Always represent Your VTC TransThermos tag positively because your actions reflect on us all !!! Age Requirement: Members must be at least 16 years old , We encourage and support mature behavior from all. Privacy: Do not share personal information about others without consent. Respect Discord and in-game privacy settings.

2. Membership Requirements and Activity Joining Process: Apply via our TruckersMP page or Discord/Trucky form. Provide your TruckersMP profile, a short intro, and confirmation you've read these rules. Applications are reviewed within 48 hours—new members start on a 2-week trial period.

3. In-Game Driving and Safety Follow TruckersMP Rules: All official rules apply (e.g., no ramming, griefing, or unsafe overtaking). Review them here: truckersmp.com/rules. Breaches while tagged with TransThermos (beeing part of the team) will result in VTC warnings on top of any TruckersMP punishments Vehicle Standards: None except in events A Cooler/Frigo trailer in Convoy Events. Tags and Branding: Always use TransThermos tag and be Proud of it !

4. Communication and Discord Primary Platform: All announcements, apps, and chats+voice happen on our Discord server (link on TruckersMP page).

5. Enforcement: TruckersMP Alignment: Any ban from TruckersMP results in immediate VTC suspension until resolved.
