General Conduct and Road Rules Compliance with Traffic Laws: It is mandatory to obey traffic lights, speed limits, and right-of-way rules, especially in high-density traffic zones.

Zero Tolerance for Reckless Driving: Dangerous maneuvers, risky overtaking, or driving against traffic (wrong-way driving) will result in immediate dismissal from the company.

Chat and Radio Etiquette Professional Communication: Maintain polite and professional language in both the text chat and on the CB radio (Channel 19 or the company channel). Trolling or insulting other players is strictly prohibited.

Fleet Standards (Midnight Express) Player Tag: All members must set the VTC tag in their TruckersMP settings (e.g., [MID-R] Username) using the default company color.

Convoys and Deliveries Safe Distance: During convoys, always maintain a distance of at least 50–100 meters from the truck ahead to prevent collisions caused by lag.

Punctuality: For scheduled meetups, players are required to arrive 10–15 minutes before departure with their truck already repaired and fully fueled.

Job Logging Trip Logs (Optional): Every driver is encouraged to log their trips using external trackers (such as TrucksBook or VTLog) to contribute to the company's overall score.
