Bug Report: VTC social media Twitter field does not accept valid x.com profile URLs

When adding or editing the Twitter social media link in the VTC settings, the website still expects the old Twitter URL format and uses https://twitter.com/TruckersMP as the reference placeholder. Since Twitter has been rebranded to X, valid profile URLs now use the https://x.com/ domain. However, the website does not accept https://x.com/... links in the Twitter field, even though this is now the official and valid format. This causes valid VTC X profile links to be rejected and prevents VTCs from adding their current social media profile correctly. The validation and placeholder should be updated to support the current X domain format.
