In this article, you'll find the rules and expectations that leaders of Validated and Verified VTCs must follow.
Congratulations on becoming a Validated or Verified VTC!
If you are a Validated VTC Leader, you now have access to the exclusive #vtc-leaders channel on the TruckersMP Discord server.
If you are a Verified VTC Leader, you now also have access to the exclusive TruckersMP VTCs Discord server.
As a VTC Leader, you and your VTC receive special benefits. You can find all of them in the How to get your VTC Validated or Verified knowledge base article.
Being a VTC Leader comes with responsibilities. You are endorsed by TruckersMP and Community Management, and you are expected to set a good example to the (VTC) community and other VTC Leaders.
Be respectful when talking to others. Don’t use rude language, sarcasm, or behave toxically toward other VTC Leaders, TruckersMP team members or anyone else in the (VTC) community.
Handle problems with other VTCs professionally. Use the respective VTCs Discord server and ticket system, or Discord DMs to resolve them, rather than public (TruckersMP) channels.
Community Management expects you to try to solve problems yourself first. If the problem continues, and you feel you have tried all options, you may then contact Community Management.
Keep any information you receive from Community Management private unless stated otherwise. Sharing it without permission can lead to a (verbal/official) warning or removal.
All General Rules also apply to the #vtc-leaders channel.
You may talk about or warn other leaders about users, but do so respectfully.
This policy is sent to you when you are onboarded as a Validated or Verified VTC Leader. You are required to read and acknowledge it to the Community Manager who onboarded you.
By agreeing to this policy, you promise to follow it at all times. Breaking these rules can lead to a (verbal/official) warning or removal.
If you have any questions about this policy, please ask them during the onboarding stage or submit a feedback ticket to Community Management.
The Validated or Verified status can be revoked at any time by Community Management for any reason, including if a requirement is no longer met or if actions negatively impact the community. This also applies to VTCs that fail to maintain standards after promotion.
