Greetings Truckers,

Since having been recently approved to as a verified VTC, we are planning to improve our inter-VTC cooperation inside the VTC community. Consequently, we hereby officially announce that, to strengthen our friendship with other Chinese VTC, we would organize a multi-VTC convoy together with GTR VTC, SanRen Team and RK VTC. Apparently, GTR VTC and SanRen Team have affirmed their attendances, while RK VTC still remains undermined. We would keep our contact with RK VTC to ensure the attendances our absences of RK VTC members.

Some notes to this event:

1. The convoy profile will be unlocked at 19:30 (UTC+8)/11:30 (UTC time) for all team members to read. The profile will only cover the basic in--game map, so please uninstall all the map DLC before reading the profile for fear of the cancellation of assigned job due to the detection of extra map DLC.

2. The departure time of the convoy will be 20:30 (UTC+8)/12:30 (UTC time). Please be online at least 15 minutes in advance, parking safely and neatly without overlapping other vihecles. After finishing your parking, please type space every 5 minutes on chatting channel in case of AFK kick.

3. Please follow all the rules of TruckersMP and Chenxi VTC during the convoy, in addition not interrupting other VTCs' convoy teams. Anyone found of any types of violation would be removed from our VTC.

4. At parking areas, please follow the commands of event managers to park safely at assigned positions. Do not attempt to occupy any others' positions.

5. Keep distance with adjacent trucks. Do not rush and drive aggressively.
