Nexon Logistics would like to invite you all to our Nexon Logistics February Convoy.

We are delighted to invite you to our Nexon Logistics February Convoy and we will be privileged to have your presence at the event. We very much appreciate you to mark your attendance to the event so that we can have the best experience throughout the convoy.

The convoy will be departing at 18:00 UTC on the 12th of February, 2023. We will be departing from Lyon (City/slots) and drive through the beautiful small roads with amazing views of the nature. We will end the convoy at Milan ( Libellula)

Since all the slots have been reserved/booked by VTCs, Slot booking has been closed as of now. You are welcome to join us in public. We would want nothing else but you to be present at the event.

Temporary rules

Approved by Event Management

Event Rules for Participants :

Beacons are prohibited. (except Event Staff)
Advertising is prohibited.
The use of heavy loads and HCT trailer configurations are prohibited.
Free Roaming is not allowed on the event server at all times.
Participants with consistent lag must remain at the back of the convoy.
Instructions given by Event Staff must be followed.
Participants should park at their designated slots. If you don't have a designated slot you are required to park in the 'Public Parking' area.
Convoy participants must only leave the starting location when instructed to do so in an orderly (one by one) manner.
Participants are allowed to block the parking lane and the left lane at the start and break for a smooth starting and resume. The lane between them must be kept clear for -participants who wish to drive to their VTC, petrol station or to leave the convoy. According to this image: https://i.krz.link/fXqO4.png

Event Rules for Event Staff :

The Event Staff are recognized as: OCSC Event, Event Staff
Event Staff overtaking the convoy cannot be performed by more than 2 members at a time.
Event Staff can drive the incorrect way where roads have a central reservation barrier ONLY. In accordance with the rule above.
Event Staff can block junctions and roads approaching junctions in order to direct the convoy.
