Filipino Truckers Corporation

1. DISCORD

• 1.01. The Discord Terms of Service and Community Guidelines are strictly enforced.
• 1.02. Exceptions to the rules can be made by Admins/Officers

2. Channel Use

• 2.01. Text and voice channels must be used for their named purpose only.
• 2.02. English/Tagalog is the only language allowed to be used.
• 2.03. Bot commands must be used in the #bot-commands channel only.
• 2.04. Spoilers must be used for recent/upcoming shows, movies, games, etc. only.
• 2.05. Spamming, flooding (messages, emojis, reactions, pictures, GIFs) and channel hopping, extending to the use of the bots. If you hit a rate limit, you are considered to be spamming.
• 2.06. Repeating the same bot command someone else has just run.
• 2.07. Arguments that lead to unrest, including the discussion of political matters.

3. Usernames, Nicknames and Avatars

• 3.01. Your name must contain alphanumeric characters only. Ex. [FTC] Juan
• 3.02. Inappropriate Content
• 3.03. Posting any inappropriate content, including but not limited to explicit, epilepsy triggering or pornographic content and the distribution of media of this nature. This also includes the use of sexually suggestive emoticons.
• 3.04. Distributing attachments or links containing viruses, malware, pirated software, etc. that are considered illegal under International law.
• 3.05. Use of IP trackers or other malicious gathering tools is not allowed.
• 3.06. Discussing or suggesting the use of the above is not allowed.
• 3.07. Memes are allowed in moderation, except where they (a) provoke a religious or political debate, (b) provoke others, (c) are related to death or (d) are inappropriate for public consumption or workplace. These must be posted in the pictures channel only.

4. Discord Punishment System

• 4.01. Punishments work as follows:
• • verbal warning
• • 3x logged warnings
• • 7 day mute
• • 7 day ban
• • permanent ban.
• 4.02. Punishments are logged against your user account, should you swap to a different Discord account, your previous punishments will still apply. Punishments do not expire.
• 4.03. Exceptions can be made to the standard punishment procedure if necessary.
• 4.04. You can contest any punishments you have received via the feedback system, selecting the “Community Moderation Management” category when creating a ticket.

5. TruckersMP Rules

• 5.01 Obey TruckersMP rules.
• 5.02 OBey the prescribed VTC maximum speeds.
• 5.03. Keep a distance to your front for at least 50 to 100 meters.
• 5.04. No overtaking unless you ask for permission or necessary.
• 5.05. Respect everyone and drive responsibly.

6. CONVOY RULES

• 6.01. Obey TruckersMP rules.
• 6.02. Obey the prescribed VTC maximum speeds.
• 6.03. Keep a distance to your front for at least 50 to 100 meters.
• 6.04. No overtaking unless necessary.
• 6.05. Respect everyone and drive responsibly.
• 6.06. The maximum speed to Euro Truck Simulator 2 is only 100 kph.
• 6.07. The maximum speed to American Truck Simulator is only 130 kph.
• 6.08. Trucksbook client and VTLOG app must be used at all times.
• 6.09. Contribute jobs to the company as you can.
• 6.10. An evaluation will be conducted quarterly for underperforming drivers.
• 6.11. Any misbehavior issues of drivers will be taken action.

7. AVOID SERVER WARNINGS

• • GOT BANNED IN TRUCKSMP?
• 7.01. You will be warned on this Company.
• 7.02. Automatic Disqualified on ⁠drivers-of-the-month NOT APPLIED FOR NOW
• • AVOID GETTING BANNED IN TRUCKSMP
• 7.03. Banned for 1 Week. Warn count x1
• 7.04. Banned for 2 Weeks. Warn count x2 and so on (Kick).

8. TRUCKSBOOK RULES

• 8.01. Maximum Speed Limit 90kph to avoid (Race) Record
• 8.02. Get the most Driven distance to get a chance to enter the ⁠drivers-of-the-month TOP 3 Rankings.
• 8.03. Required every month to be able to enter the ⁠drivers-of-the-month
• 8.04. At least 30,000km Accepted distance
• 8.05. At least 30 Job deliveries
• 8.06. At least 30,000 Cargo weight
• 8.07. 10/10 (Race) TrucksBook records well be resulting in disqualification on ⁠drivers-of-the-month.
