Eurolia Hierarchical Staff Regulations (Overview - NOT OFFICIAL ONE)

A. General Responsibilities

1. Leadership & Professionalism

   • All hierarchical staff members must lead by example, maintaining professionalism in all interactions.
   • Decisions should align with Eurolia’s values: reliability, innovation, comfort, and eco-responsibility.

2. Confidentiality & Data Protection

   • Internal discussions, management decisions, and confidential data must remain strictly within the management team.
   • Unauthorized sharing of sensitive information will lead to immediate disciplinary action as per of the Non-Disclosure Agreement.

B. Decision-Making & Authority

1. Chain of Command

   • Each role within the hierarchy has defined responsibilities and must respect the chain of command.
   • Issues should be escalated through the appropriate channels before reaching executive management.

2. Conflict Resolution

   • Internal conflicts must be handled privately and professionally, avoiding public disputes.
   • The final decision in unresolved cases lies with the General Manager or CEO.

C. Operational Conduct

1. Supervision & Task Delegation

   • Managers and supervisors must ensure that tasks are clearly assigned, monitored, and completed efficiently.
   • Feedback should be constructive and focused on continuous improvement.

2. Availability & Responsiveness

   • Staff members must maintain a reasonable level of activity and responsiveness in their respective roles, except for roles that do not require specific activity conditions.
   • Prolonged inactivity without prior notice may result in demotion or removal.

D. Community & Public Relations

1. Representation of Eurolia

   • Hierarchical staff represent Eurolia both inside and outside the organization.
   • Any public statements must reflect Eurolia’s professionalism and values.

2. Handling Community Issues

   • Staff must ensure fair treatment of all members, avoiding favoritism or personal biases.
   • Misuse of authority will not be tolerated and will result in disciplinary action.

E. Disciplinary Measures

1. Warning System

   • Minor infractions will result in official warnings. Repeated offenses may lead to demotion or removal.

2. Immediate Termination

   • Severe violations, including abuse of power, data leaks, or misconduct, will lead to immediate removal from the team.

3. Scale Of Punishment

   • Punishment procedure could be override by M1 (Manager 1) status without any reason.

By accepting a hierarchical position in Eurolia, staff members agree to abide by these regulations and uphold the company's standards.
