Focal Freight VTC - Official Rules and Guidelines

1. Conduct & Behavior

Treat all members, staff, and external drivers with respect at all times.
Harassment, discrimination, or toxic behavior of any kind will not be tolerated.
Represent Focal Freight professionally in all TruckersMP events and public spaces.
Use appropriate language on Discord, in-game, and on official platforms.

Private/health information is never shared at all. VTC info stays internal.

2. Activity & Participation

Members must attend at least one official convoy per month unless otherwise excused.
Extended inactivity (over 30 days) must be reported to management beforehand.
Drivers are encouraged to log jobs regularly to remain active within the VTC.

3. Driving Standards

Always follow TruckersMP and ETS2/ATS road rules. https://truckersmp.com/rules

Drive realistically — no reckless overtaking, blocking, or tailgating.
Maintain safe distance and convoy spacing during company events.
Respect convoy leaders’ and event staff’s instructions at all times.

4. Communication

Use Discord for coordination, updates, and communication with staff.
Keep discussions in the correct channels; avoid spamming or irrelevant content.
Follow staff directions during convoys and community events.

5. Representation

Use the official Focal Freight paint job and tag during company convoys and events.
Do not impersonate staff members or represent the VTC in unauthorized ways.
Content posted under the company’s name must reflect our professional image.

6. Compliance

All members must adhere to TruckersMP and ProMods rules at all times. https://truckersmp.com/rules
Violations resulting in bans may lead to review or removal from the VTC.
Focal Freight management reserves the right to take disciplinary action as necessary.
