General Conduct

1. Respect All Players: Treat all members with respect, both within the VTC and the TruckersMP community.
2. No Discrimination or Harassment: Any form of discrimination, harassment, or bullying will not be tolerated.
3. Language: Use appropriate language in all VTC-related communications. No offensive or vulgar language.
4. Follow the Chain of Command: Respect the hierarchy within the VTC. If you have an issue, report it to your direct superior.

Driving Rules

1. Follow TruckersMP Rules: All players must adhere to TruckersMP’s official rules at all times.
2. Realistic Driving: Drive in a realistic and responsible manner. No reckless driving, speeding, or dangerous overtaking.
3. Obey Traffic Laws: Follow all in-game traffic laws, including speed limits, traffic signals, and road signs.
4. Convoy Conduct: When participating in convoys, maintain proper spacing, follow the convoy leader, and avoid overtaking unless instructed.

Activity Requirements

1. Minimum Activity: Members must log a certain number of miles/kilometers per week/month as determined by the VTC leadership.
2. Event Participation: Attend a minimum number of VTC events or convoys each month unless prior notice is given.
3. Leave of Absence: If you are unable to meet activity requirements for a period of time, notify your manager in advance.

Communication

1. Discord Use: Members are required to join the VTC’s Discord server for communication purposes.
2. Announcements: Regularly check the announcements channel for important updates and instructions.
3. Voice Communication: Use voice channels appropriately during convoys and events. Follow the convoy leader’s instructions.

Vehicle Customization

1. VTC Paint Scheme: Use the official VTC paint scheme and logo on your truck during official events and convoys.
2. Approved Mods: Only use VTC-approved mods to ensure compatibility and consistency among members.
3. No Inappropriate Customizations: Avoid any decals, skins, or accessories that could be deemed offensive or inappropriate.

Reporting Issues

1. Report Misconduct: If you witness any rule violations, report them to the VTC leadership with evidence (e.g., screenshots, videos).
2. Dispute Resolution: Attempt to resolve minor disputes amicably. If necessary, escalate the issue through the proper channels.
3. Feedback: Provide constructive feedback to help improve the VTC.

Consequences

1. Warnings: Minor infractions may result in a warning. Multiple warnings can lead to more severe consequences.
2. Temporary Suspension: Repeated or serious violations may result in a temporary suspension from the VTC.
3. Permanent Ban: Extreme or repeated misconduct may result in a permanent ban from the VTC.

Amendments

1. Rule Changes: The VTC leadership reserves the right to amend these rules at any time. Members will be notified of any changes.
2. Compliance: Continued participation in the VTC implies acceptance and compliance with these rules.
