This article will guide you through the installation process to install the spring mod for the 2020 season.
Note: This mod is only available on Euro Truck Simulator 2.
Firstly, you need to download the mods.

If you want to make sure your files are not corrupted, you may compare checksums of your files and original ones.
Note: To get checksums of a file on Windows you may use HashTab.
From here, you need to make a folder in your ETS2MP directory (this is usually located in your documents) and create a ‘mod’ folder. Your ETS2MP directory should look like this:
After that, proceed to move the mod(s) into the newly created folder, ensuring that you do not rename them, or similar. Otherwise, you will be simply barred from joining the server. Your ETS2MP mod folder should look like this, depending upon which mods are installed:
From there, you should be able to login and connect to the game with the Spring Mod enabled.
Note: Do not change names of files as well as their content. Only using non-modified files makes you able to join the servers. Also only use the official download links provided by the mod author and never use download links provided by others.
"Error when joining the server”
- It is possible that the files are corrupted and therefore need redownloading. Make certain that the files are fully downloaded before transferring them into your mod folder.
- Ensure that you have not renamed any of the mods.
“Spring effects not appearing in-game” “Not appearing on mod list”
- Make sure that you are installing it in the correct directory, rather than in the standard Euro Truck Simulator 2 folder, it should be in the ETS2MP folder. Just like with ProMods, the spring mod files will not appear in your mod manager when you launch multiplayer, this is normal. If the spring mod files are in the correct ETS2MP folder, then they will be correctly picked up by our launcher.
