How to report a user in-game

Whilst on our game servers, you may encounter a user that is breaking our rules. This knowledge base article will guide you through how you can report this user via the in-game report system.

Step 1: Press your Tab key, this will bring up a list of players who surround you.

Step 2: You will need to find the player who has broken the rules in the list. You should do this by searching for their temporary ID. Alternatively, you can search for the user’s in-game name using the search box.

If the user logged out or moved out of range, they will disappear from the player list. You may find them again by pressing the History button which will give you a list of players and how long ago they were last seen.

You can click the History button as highlighted to see a history of players around you.

The Player History will be shown in a list similar to this, with names and IDs shown.

Step 3: Once you have found the correct user, you can use the Flag button, either next to the user’s name or above the user window once you have selected the user.

Step 4: After you have selected the Flag button, you will see a menu with several options. You will need to select the most appropriate reason from the list.

Step 5: Press send! Once you have selected the correct reason, you can send the report off for review.

After you have followed the above steps, you will either receive a notification stating the report has been reviewed, or the report has timed out.
